EP Sleeve..
First The Martinis, the after The Beat Boys, Alan Parkinson morphed into Dave Allen and joined The Exotics who hailed fom Chester. They stinted in Spain under this name and and were signed by Spanish Hispavox and released an EP to popular acclaim.

Their success continued and they moved the whole thing to Italy. In 1967 Dave Allen became Al Torino the solo singer. At one time Al Torino morphed into Guy Challenger and he emigrated to Spain. Alan still keeps his hand in with occasional The Beat Boys reunion concerts and his new Spanish home. He is a great pal of Ronnie Carr and Malc' Grundy.. ex Beat Boys and latterly The Rats.

Parky: Swings The Blues
Alan Parkinson

"One of Alan Parkinson's many musical manifestations over the last fifty years is this more recent CD, Parky - Swinging the Blues. Based on a driving passion for a 1950's Big Band swing era, here he captures just that. With songs like Mack The Knife, Born Free and Misty he still has the musical magic which has made him a popular figure all those years ago. Here is
something special to add to that golden treasure chest collection."
